row_level_sec_mismatch?

Hi

Were looking in the view v$sql_shared_cursors for some statements that
had high version_count in v$sqlarea and saw that most of the
mismatches were due to row_level_sec_mismatch.
But I haven't found any good explanation of what this is, someone that
could help me out with an explanation?
