RE: racgimon and ORA-25228

I hope it is harmless, its just that I figured there's a possibility its
causing other problems we haven't uncovered yet.  I tried setting 10046
database-wide, level 12, but nothing is getting generated matching the
every 10 seconds error.  You'd think there'd at least be a trace file
with calls to my ON SERVERERROR trigger but nothing.  And I am checking
both node's udump / bdump directories.
