porting Oracle from Solaris to AIX

Hi,
We have Oracle 9.2 running on Solaris, we want to port it to AIX 5.3. We
have got 100G data and our clients do not work at weekends, thus we have 1
day to do this.
What is the easiest  way to this? We also plan to upgrade that database to
10g.
