RE: pl/sql to be desupported in favour of java?

Someone at work had it down in writing! I couldn't believe it. I have
since asked them for proof and not heard back. Thought I'd check to see
if I had missed one of the biggest news in the oracle history.

Where did you hear that?  I think not!  Certainly not in 11g!  I don't
see it happening in the foreseeable future.
