oracm goes down after few mins

Hi All,

After starting cluster manager using ocmstart.sh(in Node-1), it goes down in 
few min. But Node-2 oracm is running fine.

Running 9.2.0.4 on RedHat linux (2 Node cluster using Firewire).
Any help would be really greatful.
