Re: oracle total recall

According to the Total Recall Product Manager, yes, you can export and then 
import history following the process described in an OTN article (and 
associated scripts). Unfortunately, that OTN listing was taken down a little 
while ago, and they are working on getting it re-posted. 

It should be up shortly.
