this might be a good time to get into the oracle apps. if you go to the oracle 
website they are getting rid of peoplesoft certification which probably means 
the peoplesoft software is going away. 

i saw a thread somewhere that they are looking at buying seibel... if the 
government lets them do it. If they buy seibel i think the only two big players 
in that market left will be SAP and Oracle? Does IBM or Microsoft have any 
competing products?
