I have worked in both environments and find that having a single owner
(oracle) is much easier and more efficient. Scripting and automation are
easier. I've never experienced any limitation with a single account.
I understand the comments by Hans in terms of returning to work and
wondering which environment or PATH I have set. I have worked through some
of it by setting PROMPT_COMMAND and PS1. Those give me a visual of my
environment.
