Isn't this the InnoBase that provides InnoDB engine to MySQL?

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Oracle Corp. said Friday that it has acquired
Finland-based Innobase OY, an open source software company. Terms of the
transaction weren't disclosed, Redwood City, Calif.-based Oracle said.
