ora-600 kghuclientasp_01

Has anyone run into this before?  Coming out the destination  side of
10.2.0.4 => 11.2.0.2 streams environment.  propagation is dying, and
messages below are in destination alert log.   I have opened an sr, but
since its not a sev 1, it wont be worked on again until monday.
