RE: oerr for Windows

The oerr utility is just a shell script. Conceivably, one could make a
copy of it in cygwin and it should work.

Subject: oerr for Windows

I'm working in a Windows shop for awhile, and I sorely miss being able
to type "oerr ora 1555" at the command line and get a quick blurb about
the error message. Has anyone found a replacement for this that doesn't
involved looking things up in documentation files?

Thanks
Rich
