move grid control to new server

We want to upgrade our grid control to a more powerful server. We want to
move the database and the middleware, ie the whole thing to the new server,
and we would rather not have to re-create our scheduler jobs. Can anyone
point me to some documentation on how to do this migration? I looked on the
metalink, but could only find how to move the repository db.
