** latest stable oracle 10G client

Hi,
We have oracle 10G as sever version. For oracle client version : Any client
version from 8i to 11G would probably work fine with 10G server version.
However, can someone tell a stable client version number to go with 10G server.
I think the versions that come out for server and client do not have matching
numbers so wondering what would be a good guide. If someone is aware of a
table/matrix on metalink or elsewhere can you let us know. Thanks
