How are you at giving raises ?
What are the last three raises that you gave ?
How do you evaluate your employees ?
Have you given a bonus to an employee after the dotcom bust ?
How are you at picking up maintenances for your employees ?
Are you willing to pick up oncall for me atleast once every two months ?
Would you be willing to bring me coffee ?
Would you be willing to order a masseuse at work should I stay onsite for more
than 24 hours at a time ?
Would you be willing to write me an undated yet glowing recommendation just in
case you and I don't work out ?
Do you give out excellent parties ?
How many times a week do you take your employees out for lunch ?
How many times a week do you allow your employees to buy lunch at your expense ?
How do you get a larger entertainment budget ?
How do you get an even larger training budget ?
Would you be willing to send me on one of those cool cruise trainings that I
hear about all the time ?
Can I bring Rover to work ?
Can I bring Kittyperson to work ?
Would you be willing to take Rover on a walk while I take my lunch at your
expense ?
etc etc etc etc

P.S. If you don't get the humour in this then please don't reply back to me. It
is meant to be humorous.

Hi,

I work on a team with one sysadmin, and 3 dba. For the last while, we have
been managerless. However, this is about to change, today we are going to be
interviewing someone who will become the "project manager" for the Database
Services group (that's our lovely name). What type of questions would you
ask?

Thanks!

ps Mladen: I already plan on asking about the air speed of an unladen
swallow.
