Are you more project or people oriented? How do you deal with users --
do you believe in personal responsibility for errors or problems as
well as for things going well?

(this last translates into "if something breaks, do you take
responsibility to outsiders and deal with it within your team yourself?
or do you throw them to the wolves?"
