I have two ethernet cards on same server (Redhat As 2.1). I want both Ethernet cards listener to port 1521. The listemer.ora file: LISTENER = (DESCRIPTION_LIST = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC)) ) (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = server1)(PORT = 1521)) ) (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = server2)(PORT = 1521)) ) ) ) SID_LIST_LISTENER = (SID_LIST = (SID_DESC = (SID_NAME = PLSExtProc) (ORACLE_HOME = /home/app/oracle/product/9.2) (PROGRAM = extproc) ) ========================================================== I tried to start it up: %lsnrctl start LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 9.2.0.5.0 - Production on 30-AUG-2004 16:12:22 Copyright (c) 1991, 2002, Oracle Corporation.
