Subject: how good is oracle tech support?

I typically get a copy and paste when I open a non-trivial TAR. I then have
to push them to get real support. The latest thing they told me is that the
PLAN_TABLE needs to be in each user that wants to use it.

I know this isn't correct. It's on asktom. I use a global temp table in a
DBA account and grant privileges on it to everyone.

anyone else have problems with tech support?
