flashback paper and opinion about the methodology

Hi I'm becoming a more serious dba, and trying to start a project.
For it, I would like to know if you can take the time to read it and
give an opinion
not about the content, else about the way the information is presented.
Maybe I'm forgetting a subtitle
I will like to know if you have a suggestion and specially a critic
(out than the not so good english)
