Re: flashback a physical standby database

To use flashback database you obviously have to turn it on -- standby or
not.

However, as the full power of data guard broker (namely the reinstate of the
standby after a failover without a restore) only works if you have it turned
on, perhaps the author of that note was assuming it is.
