exp/imp characterset problems

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production

I am getting some problems while exporting/importing.

The client is WinXP, sqlplus 10.2

C:\> exp abc1/abc1@abc1 FILE=C:\abc1.dmp LOG=C:\log1.log

Export done in WE8MSWIN1252 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
server uses AL32UTF8 character set (possible charset conversion)
. exporting pre-schema procedural objects and actions

. exporting private type synonyms
. exporting object type definitions for user ABC1
About to export ABC1's objects ...

. . exporting table AAG_PREFS 0 rows exported
