I think you might be talking about the DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS view.

There is an internal view/table that is used to track if the ASH stuff has been 
used.

An Oracle rep can see if you are using the views, if he can 
log on to your database.

No, I cannot remember the name of the table.  :(
