description of bind variable format

hi,
do You know where I may find a detailed version of description of BIND
section in 10046 traces?
I am especially interested in the meaning of csi field - did not find
any description on metalink or by googling. In the bind mismatch reason
we frequently get beside new_oacdty and new_oacmxl also new_oaccsi,
which is more cryptic for me
