This works:
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24269_01/doc.11120/e24477/jvm.htm#FSDEP491
To automate things though I would prefer being able to start the JVM
controller using a batch file or from the command line, but when I launch
dejvm with the parameters I see:
Copyright (c) 1994, 2013, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
JVM Controller version : 11.1.2.2.0
Warning: Unable to create file used for EM integration.
Error: Unable to log message to the log file.
Error: Unable to process the configuration file.
Error: Unable to log message to the log file.
dejvm presents this default help:
D:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\jdk\jre\bin>dejvm
Copyright (c) 1994, 2013, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
JVM Controller version : 11.1.2.2.0
Usage: dejvm <type> jvmcontroller=<jvmcontroller name> [Parameters].
Type can be one of the following:
-start [starts the jvm controller].
-stop [stops the jvm controller].
-stop command type does not take any optional parameters.
Optional parameters are:
maxsessions Maximum number of sessions. [1 to 65535]
logdir Directory in which logging information is written.
logging [on|off] Logging is on by default.
jvmoptions Options used when creating the JVM.
classpath Classpath to be used when starting the JVM.
Note: If there are multiple values for a parameter then all values
for that parameter should be within double quotes.
In my command,
jvmcontroller is a no brainer (I think it is, ha)
logdir is correct
jvmoptions are correct
Querying in Oracle Support now for that error.
