The following are the Configurable Failover Conditions for data guard, in
addition to timeout threshold. I'm curious as to what people use if they have
fast-start failover configured and why they use/don't use a particular setting:
- Corrupted Controlfile
- Corrupted Dictionary
- Inaccessible Logfile
- Stuck Archiver
- Datafile Offline
- Oracle error numbers
Thanks.
