There is no explicit event.
Generally, you should see CPU waits as a "missing time" in the session
trace file. But be careful - it can also contribute to a
non-instrumented paths in the Oracle kernel itself, your session
process can be paged out (by OS), etc.

Hi all
I was wondering what event does Oracle show when the process cannot get CPU
cycles?
TIA
