RE: cpu patch

Could it possibly be from my listener?  I think when I ran the patch I forgot 
to shut it down.

is your LIB32_PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH set up correctly.  I had this problem 
awhile ago and that's the thing that sticks out in my mind immediately without 
going to look at my notes...

Ok, thanks to Kumar I was able to find the log.  And what I found was this:

I ran this patch on my text box and dev box with no problems.  Is there a way 
to fix just these?
