bind variables and child cursors

1. is it possible to get the bind variable from a query, if you start the
trace after the query has started? I have been using 10046 trace. Any other
traces that might get this?
2. When I look in v$session, I can get the current sql_id. How do I find
out which child cursor that session is using?
