Hi

I dont have access to the bug neither, we opened a SR and that is the
response we got.

When ASM dies (we killed pmon manually but imagine when there is some sort
of ora-600 or 0ra-7445) Clusterware tries to restart it so far so good
however sometimes everything gets restarted except the local database
instance, crsd tries to restart it but due to some unknown reason the
instance stays in mount state. Looks like timing issues with the new 11gR2
agents and crsd. So after that you have to start manually using srvctl start
instance or sqlplus.

We have been doing extensive destructive tests to check for these issues.
