For database design, I'd recommend the Designers list (DES2K) and the 
Developers list (DEV2K).  Both are available at the Oracle Development Tools 
User Group (ODTUG) list serves.  Visit the web site, www.odtug.com to register 
for them.  They are free and great discussion lists.  Maggie
