analyzing library cache locks in RAC

hi
   
  is there any way (other than taking a system state dump/hang analyze) to 
figure out which are the SESSIONs HOLDING A LIBRARY CACHE LOCK in rac. i am 
working on a 10.2.0.2 10 node rac system.
   
  taking a system dump and trying to figure out is just very tedious and time 
consuming. Hence this question
