All 9.2.0.x patchsets supported it. While running 8.1.7.3.0 and all of the 8.1.7.4.x patchsets - large memory support was non-existent. upgrade to 9.2 or 10.1 and apply the latest patchsets as prescribed in the CPU2005July alert.
