Where once can find MAXLOGFILES value other than on "traced" control file?

Hi,

Just came across this scenario where I need to increase MAXLOGFILES and
re-create the control files.
Of course, by dumping binary control file to a traced version would show
what is the current value for this
parameter, but is there any view that could provide this information?
