What should be the OH for an EM 12c Agent install?

Hey all,
On my EM 12c Agents on AIX (BP1 not yet available), I'm confused as to what
the ORACLE_HOME and AGENT_HOME should be. Under $ORACLE_BASE, I have these
candidate dirs:
$OB/agent12g
-- agent_inst
---- bin
---- diag
---- install
---- sysman
-- core
---- 12.1.0.1.0
-- plugins
---- dependencies
---- oracle.sysman.db.agent.plugin_12.1.0.1.0
---- oracle.sysman.db.discovery.plugin_12.1.0.1.0
---- oracle.sysman.oh.agent.plugin_12.1.0.1.0
---- oracle.sysman.oh.discovery.plugin_12.1.0.1.0
What do other folks have for these env variables?
