The question he responded to with 'RTFM' was for a very basic question that is easily answered by the documentation. The docs are availabe to anyone that has Oracle, both online at otn.oracle.com and on the software CD's. Personally, I stopped the RTFM replies some time ago, and simply ignore such requests.
