RDBMS Version: 10.1.0.4.2
Operating System and Version: RHEL 4.0 2.6.9-11.ELhugemem

Database is throwing the tracefile below whenever it tries to update wrh.

Searched through the bugs and forums. Found similar issues, but not this
particular one. Would appreciate any insight.
