You need to change the VIP addresses inside the CRS itself, and bring them down
and up. Simply reconfiguring the ethernet interfaces will not do what you
need. If you google for "change oracle rac vip address", the first three hits
are all exactly what you are looking for.

We have 4 nodes in the RAC cluster. 10gR2 .

The sysadmins are planning to change the vip addresses on all the
nodes/boxes. If they do this, do we have to re-install the crs again on all
the nodes? What are the procedures or documentations to follow, after the
vip addresses are changed on nodes?
