VBO-1508, VBO-1500 in OEM9i

Has anyone run into this error while doing comparisons?

There is not much info on the OEM9i in Metalink.

1st comparison.
VBO-1508: An error has occurred and the server object could not be
initialized.  Please disconnect and try again.  Numeric Overflow.
looks like issue in note 236913.1 but I am not on solaris or win32.

Another error that appears, for a different comparison
VBO-1500: The object does not exist in the current database.
In the terminal window:  
warning:  XtRemoveGrab asled to remove a widget not on the list.
