Unless this is a test (i.e. throwaway) database, I'd highly recommend that you contact Oracle Support before going any further. I don't mean any offense, but you seem to be in over your head... database recovery really isn't conducive to learning on-the-fly, as there are many possible scenarios. -- "I'm too sexy for my code." - Awk Sed Fred.
