Re: Upgrade 9.2.0.4 standalone OID to iAS 10g

The docs do not mention the use of that tool in this situation--my
impression is that the MRUA's purpose is to update an earlier iAS
metadata repository.  AFAIK, the standalone OID schema is not
considered an MR.
