Unix topic - How to find my cpu type (Single/Core) in Solaris,Linux and AIX servers

Sorry for the spam as this is out of topic
Could you please suggest me how to find or conclude my server has
single/Core CPU type at the earliest?
Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
I used this command in solaris, but could not figure out the CPU type:
/usr/platform/sun4u//sbin/prtdiag -v
This is termed as Single CPU type
