Tuning with OEM 9i

Does anyone know where to download 9i OEM OMS server dump? I have some
bad performing databases.. would like to check tuning pack,oracle
expert, SQL analyze and index analyse from OEM. Unfortunately, I cant
find OEM dump from OTN now.. only 10g GC is available for download.
Most of my databases are 9i and looking for any tools that can help
me..
If you're aware of these tools, pls share some info about them.
