Tracing is usually enabled on the process level, so one can use oradebug which
has command
TRACEFILE_NAME, which does precisely that. For the shared server sessions, it's
not possible
as each s00 process has its own trace file and one has to assemble them by
using trcsess. That
is the reason for not having that function in the DBMS_MONITOR package.
