Mark, if you want even more, than timit.exe that comes with the w2k3 RK (and 
runs on XP), shows this:

ntimer.exe would be ideal, as it reports user and kernel time, which
timethis.exe does not do.

Unfortunately, it does not work. 

Tried it on Win2k, Win23k, XP, both from the 2000 and 2003 resource kits.

Doesn't work anywhere.
