RE: Time estimate for patches from Oracle

Request for sev-1 and even if it does not work, ask them to connect you with 
Larry Ellison (no compromise) to ge this issue resolved asap and see how they 
behave and start calling your superiors to make you cool down.
 
It happened to me when I applied 9.2.0.6 patchset in test and web based 
applications stopped working as they never tested it before release of that 
patchset. They released one off patches for *nix platforms but not for Windows 
and i have to provide the proof for that bug. They provided me one off dirty 
patch (for replacing files manually)  after 2-3 days but after getting involved 
the name of Larry, before that I was told to wait for around 20 days even with 
sev-1 iTAR.
