This list is what it is with a lot of motivated people, sharing there rich
source of knowledge, whenever they like to. This works very well. Thanks
to Jared and all others that I will not mention, preventing me from
forgetting anyone of the cracks and guru's around here.

Making posting obligatory might witheld potential knowledge from entering
the list.

If you feel the need to make a weekly statement, please do so, either on
this list or start your own weblog. I won't stop you. But, I will not
start posting weekly either. How many members? I don't need an extra few
hundred's of posts every week, sharing the same subject 'My weekly post'.

So, to answer your question, I do not like the idea.
