TOAD annoyance

Does anyone know how to choose the screen that TOAD defaults to when you
open it?  I am so annoyed by the SQL screen coming up first.  I know
this option used to be available but I can't find it in the help or in
tools/options.  ??  I apologize in advance if this is a really STUPID
question.
