To the best of my knowledge, it's a listener.ora only parameter.

assumed it should be there.
I’ve never used this except in listener.ora files.    I Googled it and either 
have the wrong search or it’s very hard to find.

Is this for real?   When would you use it?  Or is it just ignored?
