Re: TM Contention (locks type 2, 3, 6)

If you check sid for the blocked session which request mode is 6, and check
the v$session.sql_id, you should get the sql attempting the acquire the TM
lock in mode 6.
Have you check the status for the FK, if it's disabled, direct path insert
will be still honored.
