RE: TKPROF output -- high current gets for INSERT

 Yes..each FK has a local bitmap index but every bitmap index for that
 partition that is being loaded is made unusable and we have a trigger
 at
 a statement level which issues a 
 alter session skip_unusable_indexes=true
