T5140 maximum 64gb memory?

anyone know whether this is due to sun restrict the memory capacity, to
avoid impact on its high end servers, or technical difficulty?
Previously i heard Sparc has limit about 8GB per Core. That's why T2000 can
only support up to 64gb(8 core*8gb per core). But why T5140 still have limit
of 64gb memory?
